Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on an office chair). Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with new, but a functional office chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: An office chair's upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on an office chair.

Winning items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed pick-up information will be sent by email to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

If storage fees exceed the auction price, the sale will be considered cancelled and the item will be re-sold.
