Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, light pilling or slight wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: A chair’s upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be slightly stiffer, e.g. in a chair. Often an older model with faded upholstery, but functional.

• Poor: Upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk’s top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, e.g. in a chair.

Won lots must be collected within one week of the successful bid. Collection is from our central warehouse. Detailed pick-up instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be stated separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50 per day, unless otherwise agreed.

If storage charges exceed the auction price, we will consider the sale cancelled and re-sell the item.
