Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, some pilling or minor wear on the crosspiece. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Acceptable: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the crosspiece. An electric desk may have slightly more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but may be slightly stiff, e.g. on an office chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded compared with new, but a functioning office chair is classified as acceptable.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the crosspiece is scratched. The electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work, but may be stiff, e.g. on an office chair.

Won lots must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the lot is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless otherwise agreed.

If storage charges exceed the auction price, we will consider the sale cancelled and relist the lot.
