Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition categories that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have an isolated small stain, slight piling or some wear on the base. An electric desk's top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the items look neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger one and marks on the base. An electric desk's top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be somewhat stiffer (e.g. chair). Often an older model or upholstery faded compared to new but functioning chairs are classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair's upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. The electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example in a chair, stiffer.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

If storage charges exceed the auction price, we will consider the sale cancelled and will resell the item.
