The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Acceptable: An office chair’s upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be a little stiffer, e.g. on a chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded from new, but still functional—these are classed as acceptable.

• Poor: An office chair’s upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example on a chair, stiffer.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be communicated separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless otherwise agreed.
