Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within two weeks; at the same time you can view additional products in our showroom, where there are thousands of models.

After two weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the highest bidder or to an authorised representative with power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or for an unpaid winning bid.
