Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as-is at the time of sale and there is no right to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — we have thousands of models on display.

After 2 weeks storage charge €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a cancellation/damages fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or unpaid winning bid.
