Warranty:

If you find split or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you may also view additional products—our showroom contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

The goods will be handed over to the buyer or to an authorised person with a power of attorney.

We charge a cancellation/damage fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or an unpaid purchase.
