Warranty:

If you find tiles that are cracked or broken, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with power of attorney.

We charge a 10% compensation fee on the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale or for unpaid winning bids.
