If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale.

Items must be collected within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products in our showroom which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks storage charge €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be released to the winning bidder or an authorised representative.

We charge a cancellation/damage fee of 10% of the sale price for rescinded binding purchases or unpaid bids.
