Please note that an item in good condition is not brand new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The upholstery of a work chair may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture appears tidy and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The upholstery of a work chair may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have slightly more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but they may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on a work chair). Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with new, but a functioning work chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The upholstery of a work chair is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer, for example on a work chair.

Winning items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Pickup is from our central warehouse. Detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge €50/day storage fee unless otherwise agreed.

If storage charges exceed the auction price, we will consider the sale cancelled and will resell the item.
