Please note that "good condition" does not mean new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: Upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall appearance neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiff, e.g. on office chairs. Often an older model and faded compared with new, but functional items are classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: Upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. Electric desk tops with several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on office chairs.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Pickup is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of a350 per day unless otherwise agreed.

If storage costs exceed the auction price, we will consider the sale cancelled and will re-sell the item.
