22 t pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of point jacks whose purpose is to lift a vehicle along the vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which drives a rotating motion in the hydraulic pump that in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. An increase in pressure causes the actuator's telescopic section to extend upwards. A decrease in pressure causes it to retract and lower. Another important design element is the jack's length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles whose support points are difficult to reach. Such jacks are fitted with wheels for manoeuvring. There are also portable versions designed for carrying use that are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the fitted lubrication system, friction between interacting surfaces is reduced, which decreases wear and protects against corrosion. The oil also often acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the maintenance of lorries, buses, agricultural machines and armoured military vehicles.

The unit is supplied with two extra tips that extend the lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for improved working comfort.
