Golf Plus with a long MOT. Based on a short 5‑minute test drive the car felt functional. No warning lights on the dash, the gearbox shifted OK, no knocks or other unusual noises – overall drivability acceptable.


Central locking, electric mirrors, air conditioning, cruise control, radio tested and working.


The body has been patched in places and shows rust and defects. These are visible in the pictures.


Summer tyres are nearly new. Of the winter tyres, 2 are good and 2 are unusable — they must be replaced.


According to receipts the following work has been carried out:

  • gearbox oil change June 2024 (228,000 km)

  • timing chain kit and water pump May 2025 (251,000 km)

  • repair of rust on front bumper housings and left front spring May 2026


The car arrived to us as a part‑exchange from a couple of hours' drive away. No inspection has been carried out on the car beyond the short test drive.
