Up for auction: a Siamoto Favourite 125cc 4-stroke scooter we took in part-exchange, only 7,200 km, two owners!

Perfect for summer commutes or a mobile ice-cream stall!

Siamoto is an Italian brand, and this is a so-called maxi-scooter — larger bodywork than a normal scooter, a wide seat and a comfortable riding position.

The model was sold in Europe around 2000–2004 and was aimed at commuting and city riding. This example was sold new in Finland and has had two owners.


This is not a moped but is powered by a 125 cc engine. So it has decent torque and a top speed of roughly 80–95 km/h. It also has a front disc brake, which is much more effective than a drum brake.


There are a few minor things to sort before the next ride. The scooter starts, but after running for a moment the carburettor floods with fuel.
This will most likely be fixed by cleaning the carburettor, which is very simple on this model.
According to the previous owner the battery was replaced last year.


All accessories and plastic panels shown in the photos are included. Also supplied is a second carburettor.

If you are collecting the vehicle from further away, we can, by arrangement, pick you up from Porvoo bus station. Buses run frequently from Helsinki.

Defects and other observations

On a short test ride we observed the following:

  • Starts with the electric starter but after running briefly the carburettor floods with petrol. Most likely just requires a carburettor clean.
    - The battery could be secured better.


The vehicle has not undergone a special technical condition check by us and the operation of all equipment has not been tested. There may be latent faults we did not detect during the test ride. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle in more detail before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
