22T pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of point-lift jacks designed to raise a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack is powered by compressed air, which drives a hydraulic pump producing pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. The rising pressure causes the telescopic section to extend upwards; lowering the pressure lowers it. Another key design element is the lift length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles whose support points are hard to access. Such jacks are fitted with wheels for manoeuvring. There are also portable versions that are much lighter and smaller for easy transport in a service vehicle.

The fitted lubrication system reduces friction between contacting surfaces, decreasing wear and protecting against corrosion. The oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the maintenance of lorries, buses, agricultural machines and armoured military vehicles.

The unit is supplied with two additional tips which increase the lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three positions for improved working comfort.
