Removable water tank – 100% fresh water

The removable tank lets you add fresh, clean water directly from the tap. The ergonomically shaped tank holds 1.25 litres, and the clear dosing recommendations marked on it make achieving the perfect coffee-to-water ratio easy.

Pump technology

Our pump technology drains the unit of water after every use, ensuring your coffee is always brewed with fresh, oxygen-rich water.
In machines without a pump, up to 150 ml of water can remain in the piping after each use. This naturally affects the taste of the next brew, since you start brewing with water that has stood for a while, not fresh water.

Better taste

The wide shower head is designed to distribute water as evenly as possible over the ground coffee, ensuring a fuller, more balanced result.

Perfect temperature

The Zense coffee maker has a very precise heating system that reaches the optimal brewing temperature in seconds and maintains the correct temperature throughout the process. Approval from the European Coffee Brewing Centre shows that this brewer meets very strict quality criteria for temperature and time. Unlike many other machines on the market, the Zense maintains the correct temperature of 92–96 °C throughout the entire brewing process, from the first drop to the last.

Automatic drip-stop

The automatic drip-stop makes operation easier and prevents coffee from splashing onto the hot plate.

By following the dosing recommendations on the water tank, making the perfect coffee is easy.

Hot plate with automatic shut-off

The Zense hot plate keeps your coffee warm for 40 minutes after brewing. After this time the hot plate switches off automatically in accordance with the statutory 40-minute operating limit. Tip: we recommend brewing coffee in smaller batches rather than keeping it warm for long periods – this way you’ll always get the best flavour!

Cleaning reminder for easier maintenance

When the coffee maker needs descaling, the unit reminds you by flashing the power button. This makes maintenance easier and you don’t have to worry about remembering to clean it.
