From brainstorming to product, the Premium Hot Tub was born — a tub with room to sprawl thanks to its two-metre diameter! You can enjoy the luxury alone, but the Premium Hot Tub also fits your whole group of friends. Children have space for livelier water play in this high-quality giant. We improved the Premium Hot Tub by adding a step to make entry and exit easier, and so the Premium Step In Hot Tub was born — easier for children and older people to get into and out of when they want a breather. Practical, versatile Step In step

You would be surprised how many uses a single plastic step has. We designed the Step In step to make entering the tub easier. The step naturally helps when getting into and out of the tub, but it also works as a seat for a smaller child whose head might otherwise sink under the water. Parents can relax better when the child has their own appropriately sized step. In use we have also found the step works well as a handrail — it makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub a handy relaxation spot. The Step In solution makes this tub suitable for all ages and helps people with reduced mobility to bathe more easily.

Premium class gives your tub extra size

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we make high-quality hot tubs, but the Premium series goes a step further with its larger size. With the Premium series you get a bigger tub and first-class, premium-level comfort. In smaller tubs legs easily tangle in the centre, but an extra 30–40 centimetres of diameter makes a big difference! The water volume does not increase significantly and the Premium Step In Hot Tub reaches bathing temperature in almost the same time as smaller tubs. A wealth of choices

We apologise in advance for making one part of buying a tub a little tricky — but it’s a very positive problem. You’ll need to make choices so your Premium Step In Hot Tub is tailored to your taste. You can choose the plastic shell colour from five options. But that’s not all: pick the exterior cladding from three materials and choose the cover colour in black or grey. The shell colours are inspired by nature — options include sea blue and lichen grey. All colour schemes are compatible and work well together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve first-class insulation we wrapped the Premium Step In Hot Tub in proper thermal layers. Under the plastic shell there is 44 centimetres of EPS insulation, which keeps frost at bay and the bathing water warm even in colder winter weather. We also added plenty of thermo-plastic to the sides so the rim is insulated too. This highly efficient tub retains heat so well that a well-covered Premium Step In Hot Tub remains warm the next day. For winter bathing we recommend one load of wood burned before the next day’s bathing. Active oxygen tablets thrown into the water after an evening bath will freshen the water for the next use. Then enjoy again — or, in the case of children, go wild.

Powerful heating

Our efficient marine-aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature in a couple of hours. The 35 kW stove is robust and conducts heat well. It features a tasteful viewing window so the wood-fired tub gives a pleasant glow without needing to open the door to check the fire.

Our marine-aluminium stoves are made in Finland and are included in the hot-tub package. A high-power stove copes with both fresh and sea water. Thoughtful material choices make the stove a top-quality product. The stove package includes a two-metre chimney pipe and a rain cap, and if you want extra pipe, a chimney guard or a spark arrestor, see the accessories list.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium as it begins to oxidise the metal. We recommend changing the water regularly and using active oxygen tablets (see accessories). Active oxygen treats the water for roughly 24 hours, after which the water can be used for watering plants as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Untreated water can quickly develop a slimy film on the tub edges; active oxygen prevents this.

Carefree plastic shell

The uniquely shaped and ergonomically designed shell of the Premium Step In Hot Tub is made from Jaxal rotationally moulded polyethylene. This plastic has memory — it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The easy-care, durable plastic shell stands up to time and we therefore offer a ten‑year warranty.

As there are no moulded seams in the shell, dirt cannot collect in specific spots. Remember to keep the surfaces clean when changing water — this is easy with normal detergents. More meticulous users may occasionally disinfect the shell, but please ensure correct disposal of wastewater.
