22-tonne pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of point-lift jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which sets the hydraulic pump into rotation and in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. Rising pressure pushes the actuator’s telescopic section upwards. Lowering the pressure lets it descend. Another important design feature is the length of the jack, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with difficult-to-reach support points. Such jacks are fitted with wheels for manoeuvrability. There are also portable versions designed for service vans, which are much lighter and smaller for easy transport.

Thanks to the fitted lubrication system, friction between contacting surfaces is reduced, decreasing wear and protecting against corrosion. The oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used for maintenance of trucks, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The unit is supplied with two additional tips to extend the lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three positions for improved working comfort.
