Wilfa Dual Zone is a large 11-litre air fryer in which you can also divide the cooking basket into two 2×5.5-litre cooking zones. This makes it easier to cook two different ingredients or dishes at the same time. The sync function ensures that food in both cooking zones is ready simultaneously.

Prepare your favourite dishes easily, such as chips, chicken, fish, prawns, vegetables, pizza, dried fruit or cakes. With the Dual Zone Air Fryer you can make dinners, snacks and desserts.

Large capacity

The large 11-litre basket lets you cook large quantities at once. With the divider you can also split the large basket into two 5.5-litre cooking zones and cook different ingredients in separate compartments.

Sync function

When using different ingredients in the two parts of the basket, you can use the sync function to ensure both zones are ready at the same time.

8 preset programmes

Select the food you want to cook and the Dual Zone sets the recommended time and temperature. The available presets are:
Chips, chicken, beef, pizza, fish, prawns, keep warm and dehydrating.

Memory function

The memory function lets you customise programmes by changing time and temperature manually in the presets, so results match your preferences. You can save a customised programme so you don’t have to adjust it each time.

Drying ingredients

Dual Zone’s temperature settings are 30–200 °C. The lower temperature settings allow excellent results when dehydrating ingredients. Use lower temperatures for making granola, jerky or dried fruit.

Included accessories

The air fryer comes with a cooking basket with grill, divider for the cooking zones and a pizza pan.

Tips and tricks

• Use the Air Fryer to reheat foods prepared in it. It makes them nearly as crispy as when freshly cooked.

• Brush or spray a small amount of oil on the food before cooking or halfway through to achieve an even crispier result.

• Smaller quantities often require shorter cooking times, while larger quantities need longer times. In those cases the automatic time and temperature programmes may not match the amount you’re cooking. You can easily adjust time and temperature manually to optimise results for the amount of ingredients.

• Convert conventional oven times and temperatures by lowering the temperature by 20 °C and reducing cooking time by 20–25%. For example, if a recipe calls for 200 °C for 10 minutes, try air frying at 180 °C for 8 minutes.
