How to place bids
The lot is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 29 June–20 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 20 July 2026 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment rules. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com lot number the offer concerns. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 16 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kotka office lobby postbox, address: Vuorikatu 5 C, 48100 Kotka, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
Payment terms
The buyer must promptly pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account after the bid has been accepted. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest successful bidder. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.
If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay late payment interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the price is paid or a new sale has taken place. The current late payment interest rate is 9.50%.

The lot will be handed over to the buyer after payment of the purchase price, at which point ownership transfers to the buyer. A certificate of acquisition will be issued to the buyer. The buyer must collect the property without delay after payment of the purchase price.
