The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always safely disconnect equipment from electrical or water mains at their own cost.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If the lot is not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees as invoiced.

If the purchased item(s) must be moved from rented premises to our storage after a week, we will charge the bidder the transfer costs.

Sold items do not include VAT, as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
