The item is sold as it stands and with the equipment stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the item and any related costs. Uncollected goods will revert to the seller’s ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
