The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safe removal, transfer, packing and collection of the lot and for any related costs. Goods not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not liable for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is made using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued later with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks under anti-money laundering or sanctions rules are needed for the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
