The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe removal, transfer, packing and collection of the lot and for all related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) at the buyer's expense and any paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not liable for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is made using the auction information, so bid with the correct identifiers. Any reissued invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti‑money laundering law and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing times.
