• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please read the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
