Used as my own daily car for a year. As a student with currently no income I can’t afford to keep or inspect it, so it must go.

The previous owner only last year repaired the sills and did some brake work; neither has been checked since, but it brakes as it should and stops on command.


Pros:

Cons:

  • Some rust — a common fault on these

  • Left front low beam does not light

  • Exhaust replaced last winter but probably leaks somewhere; makes a small noise at idle

  • Rear fog lights do not work; front is not connected

  • The boot sometimes stays up and sometimes does not

  • The boot button sticks; must be pressed down manually before it will close


The inspection expired at the start of June as I couldn't afford the MOT. The vehicle has been taken off the road for the same reason.
