Defects and other observations

During a short test drive we made the following observations:


-The car has been with the previous owner since new and was used daily until replacement.

According to the customer the torque converter of the automatic gearbox may be faulty; 6th gear does not engage.


We drove an approximately 20 km test route and during it the gears engaged smoothly without delays and 6th gear engaged both in automatic mode and with manual shifts. The fault may be intermittent but since it did not appear on the test drive the car is sold to be repaired.


-The car drove firmly during the test route, there are no unusual noises from the suspension and it tracks straight.


-The electric tailgate does not work; it opens manually.


-The body shows considerable wear from kilometres. See the pictures!


The car has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It may have hidden faults that we did not detect during the test drive. You are welcome to inspect the car in more detail before making a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
