• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and MOT information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles on sale may be MOT-tested, untested or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For overdue collection a charge of €50 / day + VAT will apply.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new, lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct
