The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: Buyers are responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late-collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
