Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items may be collected within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products in our exhibition, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

The goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with a power of attorney.

A cancellation/non-payment penalty of 10% of the purchase price will be charged for cancelling a binding sale or for unpaid bids.
