Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you may also view additional products from our exhibition, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

The goods will be released to the auction winner or to an external party with a power of attorney.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
