Warranty:

If you find cracked tiles (split lengthwise or crosswise), you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks, during which you may also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks storage costs €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
