Warranty:

If you find tiles with cracks or breaks, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a 10% penalty of the sale price for cancellation of a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
