The product will be delivered within approx. 2–3 weeks from the date the payment is visible in our account.

The item can be delivered by Kiitolinja, car transporter or Matkahuolto, etc., depending on the item, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packing costs. For items we send but are not collected, we will charge the same delivery fee that applied to the item for both the return to us and the re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the end of the listing or at the time stated in the notice (for items where collection is possible). After this we will charge storage at €10/day.

The delivery fee includes:

• Packaging materials

• Packing (staff costs)

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collecting the parcels from us

• The transport itself

• etc.

• Delivery costs also include the value-added tax payable to the state (25.5%).

• These costs cannot be included in the auction price as online stores do, because the price is not fixed. The auction price and the delivery costs together form the total price of the item delivered, including VAT.

• Multiple products can be packed in the same parcel
