The product will be delivered within approx. 2–3 weeks from the date the payment is visible on our account.

The item can be delivered with Kiitolinjan, a car transporter or Matkahuolto, etc., depending on the item. The buyer pays all transport, shipping and packing costs. For items we have sent but which are not collected, we will charge the same delivery fee that applied to the item for both the return to us and for re-dispatch. The item must be collected within 3 business days of the end of the listing or at the time stated in the notice (where collection is possible). After that we charge storage of €10/day.

The delivery fee includes:

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collecting the parcels from us

• The transport itself

• The delivery charges also include 25.5% VAT payable to the state

• These charges cannot be included in the auction price as online stores do because the price is not fixed. The auction price and delivery charges form the total delivered price including VAT.

• Multiple items can be packed into the same parcel
