The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new with no defects, at most dust.

• Good: Office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. Electric desk tops may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the items look tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. Electric desk tops may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. in an office chair). Often an older model and upholstery faded compared with new, but a working chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: Office chair upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. Electric desk tops have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, for example in an office chair.

Items won must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse. Detailed pickup instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this a storage charge of €50/day will be applied unless agreed otherwise.
