iMOW® 6 EVO: intelligent, complete mowing for large lawns

The STIHL iMOW® 6 EVO robotic lawnmower is an excellent choice for mowing large lawns.

The iMOW® 6 EVO can mow lawns up to 3,000 m² with slopes up to 45%. With the optional Upgrade Kit 10 (two off‑road rear wheels and front wheel weights) it can handle slopes up to 55%.

The mower uses the Disc‑Cut cutting system: three freely rotating blades, high blade speed and alternating blade rotation on each start ensure an excellent cut. Finely chopped grass clippings remain on the lawn as fertiliser. Blade changes are quick and tool‑free.

Thanks to its unique free‑wheel function, iMOW® rarely — if ever — stops because of fruit or other foreign objects on the lawn. This is due to the electronic cutting‑height control. When a jam is detected, the Disc‑Cut system raises to the maximum height, changes direction and, in most cases, frees the mower so it can continue. The Disc‑Cut system then lowers automatically to the set cutting height.

Integrated bump sensors allow the iMOW® 6 EVO to change direction when it contacts an obstacle. Front ultrasonic sensors also adjust its speed and slow it before obstacles, resulting in gentler impacts.

The mower is controlled easily and intuitively via the control‑panel buttons or the My iMOW® app. Voice prompts inform you of status and functions when using the control panel. The current status is shown on a rear LED bar and an LED matrix on the top cover, whose animated symbols make interaction easier. The front LED bar can be set to various light modes or switched off completely.

The My iMOW® app lets you control the mower via Bluetooth®, Wi‑Fi or mobile network. In the app you can set the cutting height (20–60 mm) and schedule when your iMOW® 6 EVO may mow.

iMOW® also features an acoustic alarm that, once activated in the My iMOW® app, warns if the mower is lifted. If the mower leaves the home area, you can use the mobile connection to locate it (for example in case of theft) if tracking is enabled in the app.

You can also start a remote mowing session outside scheduled times via the app, provided the device's stop button is not pressed.

An adjustable rain sensor lets you decide whether to mow in the rain or pause the iMOW®. The charging station is the mower's docking/charging point and supplies the cable signal for the whole installation. The charging station is included.

Installation kits are chosen according to lawn size and are sold as accessories.
