• 🛠️ No inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The lot has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the lot: Before making an offer, the bidder must inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each winning bid has its own collection charge; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods come from a bankruptcy estate — please bear this in mind when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchasing. Always check any related matters before purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection (MOT) details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they pass to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply before making an offer.

And please note:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not inform of acceptance or rejection of the highest offer within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the offer no longer binds the bidder.
