Striking ceiling light designed by Hilding Ekelund. The lamp has a white round opaline glass shade, a brass-tone suspension rod and a decorative crown-like metal frame at the top of the shade.

The lamp’s look is timeless and elegant: the white glass globe gives a soft general light, and the brass crown makes the piece eye-catching and recognisable.


Origin:

Capitol cinema, Helsinki. The theatre was designed by architect W. G. Palmqvist with interiors by Hilding Ekelund.
