Striking Japanese / Meijing metal vase. The vase is made of metal and has a dark brown‑black patinated surface. The piece has abundant embossed decoration depicting birds, branches, leaves and decorative medallion and band motifs. Estimated date of manufacture 1790–1910.




Dimensions:

  • Height 78 cm


Condition: Used antique. The surface shows age- and use-related wear, scratches, scuffs, patina and colour variation. There is wear on edges and inside. Some decorative areas have darkened and there are marks from use on the surface.
