Cooking tips:

Smaller ingredients require less cooking time

More ingredients may extend cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway through improves results.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes to increase crispiness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Oven‑baked foods also work well in this fryer tray.

The optimal portion for fries is 500 g

Ready‑made dough shortens the preparation time for filled snacks

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate dishes.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes

If you want to bake a cake or quiche or fry delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish inside the fryer basket.
