• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the property and related documents before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller’s warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own pickup fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check any matters relevant to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection (MOT) status using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overstaying the collection time will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
