The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection by bidder Bidders must inspect the lot, related documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller; there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final — please check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection records from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms before bidding.
