Goods are from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, relevant company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on issues that could have been observed during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller for the item. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Please always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of supplies: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return
