The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must familiarise themselves with the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
