• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must familiarise themselves with the lot, the company documents and related paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and the receipt emailed according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if there are several lots, a separate collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
