Description of the item: 

We are auctioning a Ford Mondeo that was traded in to us. The car was first registered on 12 June 2018 and has been in Finland since first registration. Although the mileage has already increased, the car still runs well and is suitable for both longer commutes and everyday local driving. The car has had 4 previous private owners, and the previous owner traded it in for a larger vehicle. The body is not perfect — over time it has picked up some stone chips and there is a little rust on the arches.

Defects and other observations

During a short test/inspection we noted the following: 

The car starts normally and the gearbox works and the gears change.

The body shows some wear, and the service book is not complete — some service entries are missing as not all receipts are available, but according to the previous owner the services have been carried out.

There is slight vibration when braking and the windscreen wipers are nearing replacement.

The fitted friction tyres are not new; tread depth has not been measured in detail, but they have not yet reached the legal minimum.

The car also pulls slightly while driving.
