• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
