The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
